Structured running list of a patient's active and resolved diagnoses in the EHR.

The problem list is the structured running record of a patient's clinical problems and diagnoses. It's a separate EHR object from any individual visit note. Scribes that can write to the problem list (rather than just the note) cut downstream documentation work meaningfully.
