Training on customer data
Whether the vendor uses your sessions to train its AI models.
One of the most consequential questions to ask any AI-scribe vendor: *do you use customer data — including raw audio and generated notes — to train your AI models?* The defensible answers are an explicit written "no" or a documented per-customer opt-out.
A vendor that doesn't publicly state a position on training is *not* automatically training; it's *undisclosed* — which is what we always record it as. Get the answer in writing before deployment.
