Bidirectional EHR write-back

Write-back means the scribe doesn't just produce a draft note for the clinician to copy — it puts content directly into the EHR's structured fields (note, problem list, orders). Bidirectional adds reading context from the EHR back into the scribe.

The presence of "write-back" varies wildly in depth: some vendors call any export "write-back"; only some have true structured field-level integration.
