ICD-11
Newer WHO diagnosis-code standard, gradually being adopted globally.
ICD-11 is the WHO's eleventh revision of the International Classification of Diseases, in gradual adoption since 2022. National rollouts vary widely; the US healthcare system is still primarily ICD-10. Few scribes specifically target ICD-11 yet.
